800g rice
A) 6 eggs
1 and half tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
half tsp salt
B) 300g ground pork
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mirin
★ How to make ★
1)Wash rice and cook in a rice cooker.
2)Put oil into a large pan. Fry ground pork and add all other ingredients of B).
Pan fry on low heat until liquids have evaporated.
Make sure to stir to avoid burning.
3)Combine all the ingredients in list A).
Pour the oil into a frying pan. Once heated, pour in the egg mixture, and use chop sticks to stir and make scrambled eggs.
4)Serve rice in a special box (usually a bowl) and place the ground pork ,egg, roses made from smoked salmon and leaves made from cucumber.
